1. Update Your Training Documents

2. Plan Future Projects

3. Brush Up On Training Skills
Now more than ever, it is important to be up-to-snuff on your skills. Build time into your schedule to make sure you are on top of the skills that will set you apart as a first-class corporate training professional.

4. Take the Time to Measure Your Training
Measuring the effectiveness of corporate training remains one of the most elusive practices. Most training teams are stymied by lack of time and lack of data. Now is the time to change that.
Looking at past programs or upcoming future ones, identify the business goals for each one. Then work backwards to understand the KPIs you need to measure and how you will capture that data.
Be sure to stay in touch with your stakeholders to make sure you measure what they care about. For example, you may be focusing on how many customer service representatives resolve an issue within one call, while management is focused on driving engagement to the online chat function.
