CHALLENGE

The Training Development Group within Kindred’s Implementation Services department is responsible for virtually all learning deliverables across the organisation — touching more than half of Kindred’s 75,000 employees every year.
Tracy Disney’s team relied on a slow, manual process: materials were printed with an external vendor, then warehoused and distributed to Kindred class locations as needed. Proofing alone took weeks:
