OFTEC: Delivering Up-to-Date Technical Manuals at Speed with Mimeo

OFTEC (Oil Firing Technical Association) is a not-for-profit trade organisation supporting the heating and cooking industries across the UK and Republic of Ireland. The organisation promotes high professional and technical standards by training, accrediting and inspecting heating businesses to ensure compliance with regional regulations and industry best practices.

CHALLENGE

Prior to working with Mimeo, OFTEC relied on a traditional print model, ordering technical manuals in bulk from multiple suppliers. These materials were stored at their premises and distributed manually by internal teams as orders came in.

As demand increased and turnaround expectations tightened, this approach became increasingly inefficient.
